Protest in Atlanta, GA

These photos were taken across from the State Farm Arena and the Mercedes Benz Stadium in Atlanta, GA. Protestors supporting President Elect Biden and President Trump position themselves on opposite sides of the street. As tensions continue to grow, two African American men walk up with makeshift instruments. Without hesitation, they find an open spot, and begin to play. The beating of the cardboard drum, the clanging of the cowbell and the soulful rhythm momentarily eased the tension in the air.
